Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Working hours

Our company cleans restaurants while they are closed, the shift runs between 12am and 8:30 am, and involves working weekends as well.

Duties

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct commercial cleaning in various settings, ensuring adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Provide custodial services that include waste disposal, restroom maintenance, and replenishing supplies.
  • Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding cleaning needs or issues.
  • Assist with heavy lifting as required during the cleaning process or when moving equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain equipment used in cleaning processes, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Experience

  • Previous experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with custodial practices, safety procedures, and proper use of cleaning chemicals is a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
  • Driving licence and reliable car are required for smooth transportations.
