Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and creative individual to join our team as a Pretzel baker & team member . This role involves preparing and decorating baked goods, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, food presentation, and working in a fast-paced food industry environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, shape, and bake fresh pretzels and related products according to company recipes and standards
• Ensure pretzels are baked to quality and consistency standards throughout the shift
• Assist with dough preparation, mixing, proofing, and portioning
• Package pretzels and other products for display and customer orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food preparation and baking areas
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including answering questions and assisting with orders
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks efficiently

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food preparation or baking (bakery, café, or quick-service restaurant preferred)
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Customer service experience is an asset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
