- Fine-tune articulation of the advisor's investment story.
Consulting & Coaching:

- Assist in transitioning advisors to a process-driven business model.
- Build model portfolios, analyze securities holdings, and develop action plans for adopting modeled solutions.
- Collaborate with field management to guide advisors through transitions.
Accountabilities:
- Drive adoption of Professional Investment Management across all advisors and platforms.
- Execute a five-step consulting process: deep discovery, model construction, implementation, execution, and progress reporting.
- Scale consulting efforts by engaging field management to prioritize advisor engagements.
- Coach and support field management and advisors on WIO tools, resources, dashboards, and publications.
- Act as a liaison between WIO and key business partners.
- Participate in advisor training, coaching, and branch presentations.
- Collaborate with Wealth partners to develop impactful programs and materials.
What will success look like?
- Strong relationships with field management and advisors.
- Advisors fully understand WIO's value and key success factors.
- Efficient scaling of consultancy activities.
- Evidence of behavioral change and adoption of Professional Investment Management.
- Accelerated AUM growth, reduced security dispersion, and enhanced practice efficiency.
