The Opportunity:

For a visionary and driven enterprise sales leader to spearhead to establish SuperQ's into Canadian market. As the Lead Enterprise Sales, Canada, you will be the pioneering force establishing our presence, securing foundational enterprise and government accounts, and building a robust channel partner ecosystem from the ground up.

Reporting to the Director, Global Sales, you will directly impact SuperQ's global revenue and market reach, shaping the future of high-performance computing and quantum applications across Canada. If you are a builder, a strategist, and a top-tier sales professional with a passion for disruptive technology, this is your chance to make a monumental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market and sales strategy specifically for Super platform within the Canadian enterprise, government, and research sectors.

  • Enterprise Sales Leadership: Identify, target, and secure enterprise and government accounts, driving significant revenue growth and market share capture across Canada. Manage the full sales cycle for complex, high-value deals, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.

  • Channel Partnership Development: Build, recruit, and manage strategic channel partnerships like VARs, SIs, MSPs, cloud service providers to expand SuperQ's reach, delivery capabilities, and market penetration.

  • Solution Value Proposition: Serve as the primary subject matter expert for key clients and partners in Canada, articulating complex technical concepts like HPC, AI/ML acceleration, quantum computing into compelling business value propositions for C-level executives and technical decision-makers.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep market analysis specific to Canada, identifying unique opportunities, competitive landscapes, regulatory considerations, and emerging trends Provide continuous feedback to product, marketing, and strategy teams.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with global Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure optimal solution alignment and a superior customer experience.

  • Performance & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasting, rigorous pipeline management, and regular reporting on market progress and revenue achievement for the Canadian region.

  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Super platform at key industry events, conferences, and government forums in Canada to build brand recognition and thought leadership.

Qualifications (Must-Haves):

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise software/ solutions, hardware sales and business development, with a minimum of 5 years specifically focused on the Canadian enterprise and/or public sector market.

  • Sales Track Record: Proven history of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas in a complex, B2B technology environment.

  • Channel Expertise: Strong understanding and demonstrated success in channel development and management within the Canadian IT ecosystem.

  • Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of high-performance computing (HPC), AI/ML infrastructure, cloud computing, or related advanced technology solutions. Ability to discuss these concepts intelligently with technical and business leaders.

  • Execution: Demonstrated ability to execute effectively on day-to-day sales and partnership activities.

  • Network: Extensive established network within Canadian top enterprise organizations and provincial government entities.

  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience in the advanced technology solutions would be an advantage.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within Canada and occasionally internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Master or MBA or advanced technical degree in AI/ Quantum computing.

  • Experience in a role focused on building a new market or leading expansion for a disruptive technology company.

  • Bilingual (English and French) is a significant asset for engagement across Canada

  • Direct experience with quantum computing concepts or early-stage quantum technology adoption.
