Labourer - Planer & Mill, Belledune, New Brunswick

Interfor Belledune NB is looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Labourer Planer & Mill (Day&night).

What You'll Do

  • Operate numerous workstations in the planer & mill area
  • Perform quality work at required speeds.
  • Strictly observe safety procedures to avoid accidents.
  • Respect production specifications.
  • Work in a safe and efficient manner while following all safety rules and regulations.
  • Perform clean-ups of the sawmill, and planer.
  • Do any other related tasks.

What You Offer

  • Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures
  • Ability to lift +/- 50 lbs. consistently and ability to stand, walk and climb stairs for full shifts.
  • Availability to workday and/or night long shifts.
  • Ability to work in a demanding and fast paced production environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Be able to take initiative.
