Paladin Security is Hiring a Security Director

Location: Toronto, ON

Pay: $30/hour

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Paladin Security is seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Director to join our Toronto team. In this leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of security operations, ensuring the safety of clients, employees, and property. You will lead security personnel, conduct safety audits, develop security protocols, and respond to incidents while upholding Paladin's values of integrity, teamwork, and excellence.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada

  • Valid Ontario Security License

  • Valid Standard First Aid & CPR – Level C (WSIB-approved vendor)
  • Covid Vaccine (two doses)
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Minimum of 3 years in commercial real estate security, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Nice to Have:
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary diploma or certification in security/life safety, risk management, or criminology preferred
  • Completion of a recognized Supervisory Management Program (or willingness to complete upon hire)
  • Experience managing complex or mixed-use facilities
  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field
  • Certifications in Use of Force (UOF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)
  • Applicants without UOF/MOAB may opt into Paladin's training program before onboarding (training costs covered with a 6-month commitment)
