Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and staff. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service and supporting the overall operations of our facility. Prior experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the industry.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
  • Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
  • Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Adhere to company policies regarding sanitation, hygiene, and confidentiality

Experience

  • Previous custodial or housekeeping experience in hotels, hospitality, or industrial cleaning environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with cleaning techniques, supplies, and equipment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated shifts
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while providing exceptional service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
