Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
  • Architect and implement data lakes, data warehouses, and analytical data models using modern cloud technologies.
  • Build and optimize distributed data processing systems using tools like Apache Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, Flink, Beam, or Kafka.
  • Work with cloud data platforms such as AWS (Redshift, Glue), Azure (Synapse, ADF), GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow).
  • Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business teams to understand data needs and deliver high-quality datasets.
  • Implement data governance, data quality controls, and metadata management best practices.
  • Develop reusable components for data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline automation.
  • Write efficient code in Python, Scala, or Java for data processing and workflow automation.
  • Optimize performance of large-scale data pipelines and troubleshoot issues across environments.
  • Implement CI/CD, version control, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices for data platforms.
  • Mentor junior data engineers and contribute to best practices and coding standards.
  • Document architecture, pipelines, and technical processes for long-term maintainability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
