Overview

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join the Molly's Market team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of our store and wholesale baked goods. If you have a passion for baking and enjoy working in a fast-paced and fun environment, we would love to hear from you

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods for store and wholesale

  • Ensure all products are baked and presented according to company standards

  • Package baked goods for sale and distribution

  • Maintain a clean and organized baking station

  • Adhere to food safety standards and procedures

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations

Requirements

  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and baking methods

  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Understanding of food safety practices and regulations

  • Excellent time management skills
