Job Description:

En tant que Directeur (-trice) - Perception assurance individuelle, vous serez responsable de la planification, de l'organisation, de la direction et du contrôle des opérations liées à la perception des primes d'assurance individuelle, à la gestion financière associée, ainsi qu'à la gestion des données clients pour l'ensemble des secteurs de Beneva.

Vous agissez comme leader stratégique et opérationnel, en assurant la mise en œuvre de pratiques conformes aux principes comptables, tout en optimisant les processus internes. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'intégration de la vision financière de l'entreprise au sein du centre de perception, en collaborant étroitement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.

Vous relèverez les défis professionnels suivants :

  • Mobiliser, développer et responsabiliser les membres de son équipe.

  • Superviser les activités de perception, de gestion des comptes à recevoir et de conformité des données clients.

  • Assurer l'intégrité des transactions financières et leur conciliation dans les systèmes internes (BI, Workday)

  • Collaborer avec les auditeurs internes et externes et mettre en œuvre leurs recommandations.

  • Élaborer et suivre le budget de son secteur, en assurant la rentabilité et la croissance

  • Identifier les risques financiers et opérationnels, et mettre en place des contrôles appropriés

  • Définir des indicateurs de performance, suivre les résultats et ajuster les plans d'action

  • Participer à la définition des orientations stratégiques du centre de perception et à leur mise en œuvre

  • Conseiller les secteurs d'affaires, notamment l'assurance individuelle, sur les enjeux liés à la perception des primes

Vos talents et qualifications :

  • Détenir un diplôme d'études universitaires de premier cycle en administration des affaires, option comptabilité, ou l'équivalent

  • Minimum de 7 années d'expérience pertinente, dont 5 années en gestion de personnel

  • Détenir le titre de comptable professionnel agréé (CPA)
