Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Barista to join our team The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, hospitality, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest. You'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and light food items, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and delivering outstanding service to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, personalized service.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks.
- Food preparation
- Catering delivery and setup
- Dishwashing
- Accurately handle cash, card, and mobile payments using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Monitor inventory and restock items as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and support a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of our menu, products, and promotions.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required.
- Previous barista or café experience preferred but not required (training will be provided).
- Passion for coffee and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
