Customer Relationship Manager
to join our team and help strengthen the connection between our clients and our brand.

About the Role

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in guiding clients through their journey—from initial onboarding to possession and beyond. You will build strong relationships, address inquiries and concerns, and ensure that every customer receives the exceptional service Cira Homes is known for.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with homeowners and clients
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through the homebuilding process
  • Improve customer satisfaction through proactive communication and tailored solutions
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with sales, construction, and service teams to deliver seamless support
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and support process improvements
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure expectations are met and exceeded

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills
  • Experience in customer service, client management, or a related role
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and strong technical aptitude
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Adaptability and a customer-first mindset
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in real estate or homebuilding is an asset
