Responsabilités :
  • Superviser les déploiements et l'intégration des infrastructures technologiques, des systèmes de collecte de données et des plateformes d'analyse pour assurer la précision, la fiabilité et l'évolutivité des systèmes de réseaux intelligents.
  • Développer et gérer les budgets de projet et les plans de ressources pour livrer des solutions technologiques à temps et dans les limites du périmètre.
  • Planifier la récupération après sinistre et la continuité des activités pour les infrastructures critiques afin d'assurer leur résilience.
  • Intégrer les structures de données IoT avec les plateformes d'entreprise pour assurer un reporting opérationnel cohérent.
  • Diriger et encadrer une équipe multidisciplinaire de chefs de projet, d'ingénieurs et de professionnels des technologies pour garantir la réussite de la livraison.
  •  Superviser la conception et l'application des politiques de sécurité des données et de conformité pour protéger les données des infrastructures et les informations des clients.
  • Conduire des initiatives de transformation numérique dans l'IoT, y compris les compteurs intelligents ainsi que pour l'intelligence des données.
  • Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs de technologies, les partenaires des services publics et les organismes de réglementation.
 Qualifications :
  • Diplôme de licence en ingénierie, technologie de l'information ou domaine connexe ; un master est préféré.
  • Plus de 15 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de programmes à grande échelle dans un environnement matriciel et international.
  • Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie des services publics, y compris les solutions de réseaux intelligents et d'IoT.
  •  Solide connaissance des technologies IoT, de la gestion des données, de la cybersécurité ; les compteurs intelligents sont un plus.
  • Capacité avérée à diriger des déploiements de compteurs à grande échelle dans un environnement matriciel et international.
  • Expérience dans l'intégration des systèmes avec des plateformes ERP et de facturation.
  • Pensée stratégique combinée à une exécution pratique pour des projets techniques complexes.
  • Familiarité avec la transformation numérique dans les services publics, y compris l'automatisation et les analyses avancées.
  • Excellentes compétences en leadership, en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes.
  • Supervision des projets et engagement des parties prenantes.
  • Connaissance des technologies de mesurage avancé (AMI) serait un plus.

Job Title\: Large Program Director for the Utilities industryOverview:

Drive governance, planning, and execution oversight for large technology programs. Ensure projects align with strategic objectives, meet regulatory requirements, and deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee  deployments and integration of technology infrastructures, data collection systems, and analytics platforms to support accuracy, reliability, and scalability of smart grid systems.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and resource plans to deliver Technology solutions on time and within scope.
  • Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning for critical infrastructures  to ensure resilience.
  • Integration of IoT data structures with enterprise platforms for unified operational reporting.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of project managers, engineers, and technology professionals to ensure successful delivery.
  • Supervise  design  and enforcement of  data security and compliance policies to protect infrastructure  data and customer information.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives in IoT, including smart meters, connectivity, as well as data intelligence.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, utility partners, and regulatory bodies.
 Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 15 years plus in large scales program management with matrixed global environment
  • 10+ years of experience in utilities Industry, including smart grid, and IoT solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of IoT technologies, data management, cybersecurity, Smart metering is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale metering deployments in a matrixed, global environment.
  • Experience with integration ERP and billing platforms.
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution for complex technical projects.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation in utilities, including automation and advanced analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project oversight and stakeholder engagement.
  • AMI (Advanced Metering Technology) would be a plus
