Overview

We are hiring a dedicated Press Feeder to join our printing team and play a key role in the production of high-quality printed materials. You'll assist in operating our two Komori presses a 6-color 40" GLX and an 8-color 40" GL. You'll also help maintain smooth, efficient pressroom operations. This position offers excellent hands-on training and the opportunity to build a lasting career in the printing trade.

Shifts timings are from 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (Monday–Friday) or Afternoon Shift: 2:00 p.m. – Midnight (Monday–Thursday).

Responsibilities

  • Load and align paper stock for each production run.
  • Assist press operators with setup, adjustments, and maintenance of Komori presses.
  • Monitor press performance and report mechanical or print quality issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area stocked with necessary materials.
  • Follow all safety, maintenance, and quality control protocols.
  • Learn press operating skills to advance toward becoming a trained press operator.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the press operating industry/printing technology (optionally).
  • Ability to learn quickly while receiving on-the-job training.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and close attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Physically able to handle paper loads and stand for extended periods.
  • Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.

Compensation

  • Entry Level: $19.00 per hour (training provided)
  • Experienced Feeders: Up to $27.00 per hour (based on skill and performance)
