Bridgehead Barista: Join our Exceptional Team. At the center of our success are our extraordinary coffeehouse teams. Bridgehead team members care. We are currently seeking a Barista who will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and providing warm, genuine hospitality that creates a memorable experience for every guest. Our Baristas are at the heart of what we do, coffee enthusiasts, storytellers, and community builders who bring people together over great coffee. We're looking for someone who embodies kindness, professionalism, and curiosity; someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in every interaction and every cup served.
Starting Pay: $17.60 per hour + tips
What You'll Do
- Create warm, authentic customer experiences that go above and beyond expectations
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food products to Bridgehead's standards
- Share our story, from our farmer relationships to our commitment to sustainability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Communicate effectively with your team and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace

- Experience in customer service is an asset, and previous coffeehouse or food service experience is preferred but not required, we're happy to train the right person who brings enthusiasm and heart.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift up to 30 kg during an 8-hour shift
- Frequent use of espresso machines, POS systems, and coffee equipment
- Clear verbal communication and attention to detail
- Ability to distinguish and describe flavours and aromas accurately
