Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional On-Call Field Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site service, installation, or troubleshooting as assigned
  • Visit client locations within the assigned week
  • Use and update company CRM system accurately
  • Follow professional communication and reporting procedures
  • Maintain high standards of safety, appearance, and conduct

Requirements

  • Must have a reliable personal vehicle (mileage paid)
  • Ability to work independently and manage on-call responsibilities
  • Basic computer literacy; CRM system experience preferred
  • Computer Science or CCTV field experience is an asset
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Smartness and professionalism are a must

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 8 per week
