As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of beauty treatments while ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and customer care.

Duties

• Provide a variety of esthetic services.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with industry standards.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits.
• Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales transactions.
• Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and enhance their overall experience.
• Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize guest satisfaction and business growth.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming environment that reflects hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Medical Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in esthetics.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques and experience in upselling products or services is preferred.
