Day to Day:

Insight Global is hiring on behalf of a nationally recognized automotive service provider known for its strong team culture, transparency, and commitment to technician success. This is a long-term opportunity for a Red Seal Automotive Technician who values professionalism, respect, and high earning potential.

  • Work on light-duty passenger vehicles and some light trucks (no RVs, minimal diesel).
  • Use assigned diagnostic equipment including Zeus scan tools, Hunter alignment racks, BluePoint drum brake mics, and reference systems like Mitchell and Identifix.
  • Average daily workload ranges from 7 vehicles in slower seasons to 15+ during peak times.
  • Technicians may choose whether to speak directly with clients.
  • Collaborate closely with a team that values transparency, respect, and long-term fit.

Must Haves:

  • Red Seal Automotive Technician certification. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience post-certification.
  • Willingness and eligibility to perform out-of-province inspections (includes government inspection process and licensing).
  • Clean driver's abstract and police background check.
  • Own toolbox; diagnostic and alignment equipment provided.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude toward team and management.

Plusses:

  • Experience with Zeus scan tools, Hunter alignment racks, BluePoint drum brake mics.
  • 5 years of experience post-certification.
  • Familiarity with Mitchell and Identifix for troubleshooting.
  • Hunger for high-volume work and ability to maximize paid hours.
