Job Description:

Sous la direction du Directeur Évolution des pratiques d'indemnisation, le ou la conseiller(ère) évolution des pratiques d'indemnisation est responsable de représenter la Vice-présidence Indemnisation en matière de solutions d'affaires. En tant que conseiller(ère) évolution des pratiques d'indemnisation, vous serez notamment appelé à jouer un rôle au sein du Train Indemnisation et à collaborer avec les différents centres d'expertises internes en vue d'atteindre les objectifs d'efficience de l'organisation.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :

  • Participer à l'analyse et l'identification de solutions, à l'implantation et la priorisation de divers projets/initiatives touchant l'indemnisation.

  • Identifier et recommander des pistes d'améliorations dans les processus opérationnels de la Vice-présidence Indemnisation dans le but de faciliter et améliorer la performance opérationnelle.

  • Maintenir une vue globale des différents processus liés à l'indemnisation et être en mesure d'identifier les impacts occasionnés par des changements.

  • Agir en tant que personne-ressource dans le Train Indemnisation.

  • Analyser, rédiger, mettre à jour et publier la documentation servant de référence aux équipes du secteur d'indemnisation.

  • Offrir un accompagnement aux divers intervenants de la Vice-présidence Indemnisation à titre d'expert-contenu en matière d'indemnisation.

  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe Normes et Qualité et l'équipe d'analytique d'affaires à l'indemnisation en prenant en considération les différents enjeux de leur secteur.

  • Collaborer avec l'équipe de formation et de gestion de changement à la création ou à la validation du contenu à l'intention des équipes opérationnelles.

  • Participer aux travaux dans le cadre de divers comités ou groupes de travail multidisciplinaires.

Vos talents et qualifications :

  • Diplôme d'études collégiales en assurances.

  • Titre P.A.A ou un diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent.

  • 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en assurance de dommages et plus spécifiquement à l'indemnisation.

  • Avoir une excellente maîtrise de la langue française à l'oral et à l'écrit

  • Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, ainsi qu'une maitrise fonctionnelle de la langue anglaise, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d'interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise.
