Role Profile

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations and a team of associates, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and on‑time delivery. Partnering closely with the DC Manager and cross‑functional teams, this role manages inventory through cycle counts, reconciliation, and resolution of aged or obsolete stock, while coordinating replenishments and resolving issues across regional distribution centers.

You will oversee special projects, track progress, address risks, and communicate outcomes, all while maintaining a well‑organized facility and enforcing rigorous safety standards. Success in this position requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to build effective partnerships within the automotive and sales ecosystem to continually improve processes and drive results.

We are looking for someone who is currently located in the Mississauga, Canada area.

Responsibilities

Market Analysis and Measurement

  • Consistently provide frequent feedback of market insights, successes, and barriers
  • Gather market intelligence and identify options for taking advantage of opportunities
  • Understand business context and stakeholder needs to support options and decisions
  • Weekly summary of team's key market insights, key successes, and key barriers

Coach and develop DC team members

  • Lead a small team of 2 direct reports (maximum of 3) by coordinating shifts, assigning workloads, and delivering ongoing performance feedback
  • Provide coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation, or information to team in order to help meet sales and warehouse objectives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse experience
  • Management or coaching experience required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as general computer skills
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment
  • Able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
