Role Description
We are seeking an Investment Advisor, Analyst or Portfolio Manager, Marketing and Events Project Manager, or Administrative or Investment Assistant for a full-time on-site role located in Montreal, QC. Depending on the specific position, responsibilities may include developing and implementing financial plans and investment strategies, providing expert advice to clients on financial matters, assisting with customer service inquiries, organizing marketing and events initiatives, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations. Collaboration with other team members and ensuring high-quality service to clients are key aspects of these roles.
Qualifications
- Strong financial acumen with skills in Financial Planning, Investments, and Investment Strategies
- Experience in Finance and understanding of financial principles
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and build client relationships
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software used in financial and administrative tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
