Role Overview: As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will play a crucial role in our project design team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Drawings:
  • Collaborating with the project design team to produce accurate and detailed technical drawings.
  • Ensuring keen attention to detail in all architectural documentation.
  • Construction Coordination:
  • Providing technical oversight and coordination of construction drawings.
  • Assisting with permit submissions and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Project Support:
  • Supporting senior technologists and architects in various project-related tasks.
  • Participating in site visits and field assessments.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with multi-unit residential building design principles.
  • Attributes:
