Momenta Clinic for Psychological Wellness is expanding our mental health education team. We're looking for experienced, engaging Mental Health First Aid Instructors who know how to command a room (online and in-person), delivers consistently excellent participant experiences, and is excited about contributing to our growing training division. This role is perfect for someone who's charismatic, responsible, and truly passionate about teaching mental health skills to workplaces and communities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Deliver MHFA Basic and workplace-focused Mental Health First Aid workshops across Toronto and the GTA.
  • Facilitate virtual sessions and assist in creating asynchronous training modules (comfort being on camera is essential).
  • Support or lead other corporate mental health workshops (e.g., psychological safety, managing burnout, supporting employees in distress).
  • Maintain high standards of teaching quality and participant engagement.
  • Ability to travel within Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area is important for this position.
  • Serve as a professional, compassionate representative of Momenta Clinic.

Mental Health First Aid Instructor

LOCATION:

Toronto and the GTA

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Certified MHFA Instructor with 1–3+ years of facilitation experience (required).
  • A dynamic communicator who is confident in front of groups and comfortable presenting on video.
  • You consistently receive strong participant evaluations and care about delivering memorable learning experiences.
  • Familiar with (or eager to learn) corporate mental health training, including topics beyond MHFA.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to travel across the GTA for in-person workshop delivery.
  • Tech-comfortable (virtual platforms, screen sharing, troubleshooting basic AV issues).
  • Bonus: Experience in HR, psychotherapy, social work, coaching or corporate wellness.
  • Experience with facilitating workshops beyond MHFA is not required, but is an asset.
