Calgary, Alberta, Canada Axis Pharmacy Clinic Full time $42,000 - $45,000 per year

Axis Pharmacy Clinic is located in the Marda Loop Area in Calgary. We are now accepting applications for a full time (5 days per week) pharmacy assistant position.This position plays an integral role in supporting our pharmacy clinic, which provides minor ailment consultations, prescriptions, compounding services, travel health services, immunizations, and a variety of pharmacy-related retail products.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process prescriptions; input prescription orders accurately
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, operate the cash register, and restock inventory
  • Complete patient sales transactions for prescription, OTC, and other pharmaceutical products
  • Compound non-sterile pharmaceutical products
  • Assemble blister packs
  • Communicate with patients in a professional, clinical, and confidential manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team and show initiative in daily operations

Schedule

The clinic is open Monday to Saturday. Some Saturday morning shifts may be required.
