Our Homecare Agency is looking to hire an RN/LPN with leadership capacity to join our Home Support team. The candidate must have a current practicing registration as an RN/LPN with Nova Scotia College of Nurses. Please submit references with resume. Qualifications:
Experience in implementing and evaluating service plans for clients
Be able to evaluate CCA workers in the field
Instruct staff in new protocols and procedures
Community experience an asset
Problem solving and good communication skills
Must be able to work in collaboration with team members
Must be well organized and be able to initiate workload and work independently
Ability to make decisions which are of a critical nature and which demonstrate excellent judgement ability
Some computer skills would be an asset
Be reliable and available to attend work
Valid driver's license / reliable vehicle required
RN / LPN License
Required to provide criminal record check with vulnerable sector check and child registry

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $30.00-$43.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
