What will you contribute?

You will play a critical role in building and scaling AI-driven solutions that support strategic initiatives including customer success planning, upselling strategy, and contract intelligence. In this role, you will design and manage advanced AI workflows, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and scalable agent-based architectures, to extract and validate insights from complex contract data across customer, procurement, legal and other domains. Your work will ensure data quality, enhance source system integrity, and enable new use cases that drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will transform unstructured data into actionable intelligence, laying the foundation for enterprise-wide AI adoption.

Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure high-quality, reliable data ingestion from multiple source systems for contract-related use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Technology) to identify and prioritize AI-driven use cases that deliver measurable business value.
  • Design and implement scalable AI architectures, including RAG pipelines, intelligent agents, and end-to-end workflows that transform unstructured data into actionable insights.
  • Prototype and validate new AI capabilities through proof-of-concepts and pilots, rapidly testing and demonstrating transformative opportunities for the business.
  • Document and share knowledge on AI workflows, architectures, and best practices to enable team growth and operational continuity.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics.

  • Hands-on experience building and operationalizing GenAI solutions within Databricks, including the use of Unity Catalog, Vector Search, MLflow, and GenAI frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex).
  • Experience in prompt engineering, including writing, refining and tuning prompts for LLMs to maximize output quality and relevance.

  • Strong experience in Python and SQL for building scalable data pipelines and performing complex data transformations.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders to drive alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
