Toronto, Ontario, Canada HighView Partners Full time
Our client sets the global standard for residential property management, and this role puts you at the centre of it. This is an opportunity to join one of the most respected names in global real estate, where your technical expertise is valued, supported, and positioned for long-term career growth within a premier downtown Toronto community.

Your New Employer

Our client has a global footprint spanning more than 260 markets and over one million rental homes under management. They set the standard for excellence in residential operations, asset stewardship, and resident experience. As the Canadian platform continues to grow, our client is investing in strong on-site leadership to ensure buildings are operated safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.

Your Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical hands-on leadership role overseeing the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and overall physical condition of a residential community. This position is responsible for ensuring that all buildings, common areas, amenities, and grounds meet company standards for safety, cleanliness, functionality, and presentation.

The Maintenance Supervisor leads maintenance operations across work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, and vendor coordination, while also serving as a visible and responsive presence for residents and on-site teams. This role blends technical expertise with people leadership, requiring sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining asset quality and resident satisfaction.

What Sets You Apart

You bring practical, hands-on maintenance experience within residential or multi-family real estate and are comfortable diagnosing and resolving a wide range of building systems issues. You understand preventative maintenance planning, unit make-ready processes, and the importance of timely, high-quality service delivery. You are organized, safety-focused, and able to lead by example while working collaboratively with property management, vendors, and contractors.

You take pride in maintaining high standards, managing inventory responsibly, and balancing cost control with long-term asset care. Just as importantly, you are professional, approachable, and committed to delivering excellent service to residents and colleagues alike.

Why Join?

This is an opportunity to join a global real estate organization known for operational excellence, strong systems, and long-term career growth. For maintenance professionals who enjoy ownership, leadership, and working within a well-resourced platform, this role offers stability, responsibility, and the chance to make a visible impact at the property level.

Compensation

Expected base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 per year. This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is not guaranteed and may vary based on individual and company performance, commensurate with experience. Our client also offers 100% employer-paid health benefits and the opportunity to build a long-term career.
