Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for an Optometrist at Optical Warehouse - in Saint John, NB. The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing vision problems, prescribing corrective lenses, and providing guidance on eye care health. The role also involves on contact lens fitting and coordinating with the team to ensure a seamless optical experience.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of optometry principles and practices
- Experience in conducting comprehensive eye exams and diagnosing vision problems
- Ability to prescribe and fit corrective lenses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret optical prescriptions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Licensed Optometrist in the province of New Brunswick
- Experience with specialty lens and contact lenses specifications
- bilingual in French is a plus
