Snow Removal Operator (Seasonal) – $15,000 to 20,000 + Up to $5,000 in Bonuses

Location: Timmins, ON

Cleauv Home Services is a fast-growing local company looking for reliable snow removal operators to join our winter crew. This is a seasonal position from November to April, operating tractors and blowers to clear driveways and snow berms.

What We Offer:

  • $15,000 to 20,000 seasonal salary (paid bi-weekly, snow or no snow)
  • Up to $5,000 in performance bonuses
  • $400 winter gear allowance
  • Average 250–350 hours per season

What You'll Do:

  • Operate tractors, blowers, and plows for residential snow removal
  • Maintain quality, safety, and reliability
  • Attend one team meeting per week (if no snow)

Requirements:

  • Punctual, dependable, and ready to work in harsh conditions
  • Experience operating equipment is an asset
