·       Support cross-discipline collaboration and evaluate opportunities for partnerships.

·       Collaborate with IAP department managers, discipline leads and account managers to align strategies with local and national priorities.

·       Evaluate opportunities for teaming and partnerships to expand AECOM's footprint and brand recognition.

Business Development:

·       Lead large-scale business development pursuits, including capture planning and proposal development.

·       Develop strategic proposals and budgets for market-focused opportunities.

·       Engage in industry associations and represent AECOM in community organizations.

Market Leadership and Presence:

·       Establish relationships with key decision-makers and industry leaders.

·       Drive growth in target markets, including renewable energy, oil & gas, mining, and government programs.

·       Maintain knowledge of emerging opportunities and lead client-facing proposals in collaboration with marketing teams.

Technical and Project Support:

·       Support large-scale "major" projects and other key initiatives as a senior sponsor or technical advisor.

·       Provide expertise in environmental consulting, including sustainability, permitting, Environmental Assessment, energy transition, and climate risk management.

·       Balance project responsibilities and business development priorities while maintaining professionalism and quality.
