CHANDE Debt Solutions, a Licensed Insolvency Trustee, is looking for an experienced Senior Insolvency Estate Administrator.

The candidate should be able to completely administer an estate from initial contact to trustee discharge.

Main Job Responsibilities:

· Conduct initial consultations with clients over phone/video or in-person

· Able to administer all aspects of a bankruptcy and/or a proposal engagement

· Reviewing proofs of claim and knowing how they should be handled

· Monitoring proposals and bankruptcy estates and ensuring all duties completed on a timely basis

· Preparing automatic discharges

· Preparing Section 170 reports

· Preparing court documents including the Trustee's Supplementary Report and draft orders

· Preparing court package for Trustee's appearance at court (in CaseLine)

· Dealing with discharge notices

· Preparing monthly bank reconciliations and Annual Banking Report

· Experience in Division I Proposals and Ordinary Administration bankruptcy

· Being able to communicate effectively with creditors, debtors and various third parties

· Other duties as required

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of consumer-focused insolvency estate administrator experience

· Experience in Ascend, Microsoft Office and CaseLine

· Effective multi-tasking skills and able to manage competing priorities to ensure deadlines are met and client satisfaction is achieved

· Very detailed oriented and logical (practical)

· CIRP Estate Administrators Certificate and Qualified Insolvency Counsellor

· Team player that can train less experienced estate administrators
