Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Millwright or Industrial Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspection, repair, and troubleshooting, including documenting inspection and testing results of a variety of industrial Pumps, HL Pumps and industrial Gearboxes/Gearmotors including after repair testing of the equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency. This role requires strong mechanical, electrical, and technical expertise, along with excellent problem-solving skills. The Millwright or Industrial Mechanic will work closely with other technical personnel to uphold safety standards and minimize downtime for our clients operation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections, and repairs on industrial Pumps, Submersible Pumps, IG Gearboxes and Gearmotors.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical, issues using schematics and technical manuals.
  • Conduct welding, Pumps repair, IG Gearboxes, and other tasks as needed.
  • Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals to accurately diagnose problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities for each work order.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations during all repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in industrial and Municipal Pumps, Submersible pumps and IG Gearbox repairs as a Licensed Millwright or Industrial Mechanic.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of Industrial and Municipal Pumps and IG Gearboxes combined with electrical experience, including low voltage systems.
  • Experience with Industrial pump system operations and commissioning, including the repair of IG Gearbox and Gearmotors.
  • Ability to analyze complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on safety and quality standards.
  • Good communication skills in English for effective teamwork and documentation purposes.
  • Relevant certifications or technical training in industrial and Municipal Pumps, submersible pumps, or related fields are advantageous. This position offers an opportunity to work in a service orientated environment where technical expertise is valued and developed continuously.

Pay: $27.19-$44.37 per hour
