Position Title: Women's Pastor
Location: Barrie, Ontario
Employment Type: Full-Time (30–40 hrs/week)
Salary: $42,000 annually

We seek a dedicated Women's Pastor who is committed to women's discipleship, empowerment, family support, and community outreach.
Position Overview
The Women's Pastor will lead all women's ministry activities, provide counselling, develop programs, oversee outreach initiatives, and support the spiritual growth of women and families within the ministry.
Key Responsibilities
Women's Ministry Leadership
- Lead women's fellowship services, seminars, and workshops
- Mentor women and facilitate discipleship programs
- Plan women's retreats, conferences, and empowerment events
Pastoral Care for Women & Families
- Provide counselling, guidance, and prayer support
- Address family issues, emotional challenges, and crises
- Conduct home and hospital visitations
Outreach & Community Engagement
- Lead initiatives supporting vulnerable women, new immigrants, and young mothers
- Coordinate charity drives and empowerment programs
- Partner with local organizations serving women
Ministry Support
- Assist with teaching and preaching when needed
- Participate in staff meetings and leadership development
- Support the Senior Pastor with administrative responsibilities
Qualifications
- Experience in women's ministry or pastoral care
- Strong communication and teaching ability
- Compassionate and emotionally mature
- Ability to lead programs and mentor others
- Commitment to Christian doctrine and church values
