Please be advised this role is required to work 100% in office during training and afterwards.
This role requires you to work in office during training and afterwards.
Hours of operation; Monday to Friday; 8h00am to 5h00pm.
Possible overtime as needed.
Salary; $50,000 annually.
Role Responsibilities;
- Preparing hardware and peripherals for distribution to employees, according to deployment schedules.
- Install and configure software & hardware for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, TVs and associate peripherals.
- Prepare, pack and ship equipment to remote employees, ensuring timely delivery and conducting pre-shipment testing & Verification to confirm functionality and no missing items.
- Receive, sanitize, log and check and restock returned equipment.
- Create shipping labels for employees returning equipment by courier and keep record of return log.
- Provide basic on site technical assistance & troubleshooting to end users.
- Not limited to the duties listed here.
Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience with Windows operating systems.
- At least three years of experience with computer hardware, troubleshooting and repairing.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office professional tools and Active Directory.
- Computer-related post secondary education is an asset.
