Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our residence. This position requires a minimum commitment of one day per week, with the specific day varying depending on your availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure all assigned work is completed efficiently and to standard.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Report any issues or repairs needed beyond assigned tasks.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in maintenance is required.
  • Strong work ethic and respect for all assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
