Customer Engagement Liaison (Part‑Time, Casual)Location: Vancouver, BC
Position OverviewAs part of the region's Customer Success team, the Customer Engagement Liaison is responsible for supporting relationships with local school districts and community stakeholders to ensure consistent, reliable service delivery and positive customer experiences.
This part‑time, casual role works closely with Operations leadership to support customer communications, community outreach, and engagement initiatives. The Customer Engagement Liaison serves as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a customer and district liaison, responding to service inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Capture, track, and follow up on customer feedback and issues, identifying opportunities to improve service quality
- Support Operations teams with start‑ups, service changes, and ongoing communication needs
- Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, district personnel, and key community stakeholders
- Attend and participate in school or community meetings and events as required
- Assist with customer and community engagement initiatives, including outreach activities and special events
- Support the preparation of presentations, communications, and reports as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Business Development) to support engagement efforts
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in customer engagement, communications, stakeholder relations, or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or events
- Local travel within the Vancouver / Lower Mainland area may be required
