What You'll Do

As a 
Junior Accountant
, you'll support our Finance team with the daily accounting cycle and gain exposure to all aspects of the business, including manufacturing, operations, and distribution. Key tasks include:

• Assist with accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closings
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records
• Help with inventory reporting and cost tracking
• Contribute to process improvements as we scale
• Collaborate across departments to support business growth

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or degree in Accounting
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting or Finance
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems (SPIRE experience is an asset)
• Enrolled or completed the CPA program is a strong benefit
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• A flexible, proactive attitude—you like solving problems and learning fast
• Strong communication skills and a team mindset
