About the role
We're looking for bilingual sales and customer service associates to join our Travel Insurance Operations team Positions are currently available at our office in Sherbrooke, Saint-John's & Ottawa.Hiring date: February 13th 2026
Full-time: 35 hours a week. Rotating schedule.
Schedule required : Monday to Friday between 8:00am to 7pm.
Training:
Selected candidates will be required to obtain an Accident and Sickness Licence, LLQP or RIBO licence. Candidates will receive targeted training to become licenced insurance professionals and launch their career in a resilient industry full of opportunity.
* Preference will be given to candidates who hold an Accident and Sickness, LLQP or RIBO licence.
What you'll do here:
Answer phone calls in a fast-paced customer service centre.
Prepare quotes and sell travel insurance to new clients.
Serve existing clients by offering insightful and helpful travel insurance advice and answering their questions.
Process insurance transactions in accordance with underwriting and compliance guidelines to meet quality expectations.
Use established procedures in a fast-paced computerized environment.
Obtain and maintain provincial licences.
What you bring to the table:
High school diploma or its Canadian equivalent.
Bilingualism (French-English) is required, as you will be regularly working with clients from across the country.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work comfortably in a multitasking environment where attention to detail, analytical skills and problem-solving skills are essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule of days, evenings and Saturdays.
Experience in the travel industry, an asset.
No work experience in Canada required, but you must have authorization to work in Canada.
