We are seeking dedicated and skilled Residential Staff to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations and maintenance activities.
  • Direct support for youth.
  • Accurate data tracking.
  • Participate and plan social activities.
  • Collaborate with team members and management.
  • Daily cleaning and weekly food prep.
  • Managing supplies.
  • Medication administration and logging.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Must have a working vehicle with Class 5 license.
  • University or college level education.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to provide individualized care.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
  • Physical ability to assist with daily living tasks, such as lifting and running.
  • Ability to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Experience with ABA or willingness to taking training.
