PTW is hiring General Construction Labourersto join our team in Calgary, AB.If you are available, we want to hear from you

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Monday to Friday, opportunity to work overtime
  • 8-10 hour days
  • 3 month contract

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Perform general construction duties including site prep, cleanup, loading/unloading materials, and assisting trades.
  • Accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials using tape measure and other hand/ power tools.
  • Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with a team.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience as a General Construction Labourer working on a construction site.
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure.
  • Experience with power tools.
  • Ability to follow instructions from supervisor(s) to perform manual labour tasks.
  • Strong work ethic with demonstrated dedication.
  • Ability to interface and communicate well with others. Understand and follow oral and written directions.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • Must have own transportation as location is not accessible with public transportation.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract required.
  • Must have CSA approved safety boots.
