Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our Pizza Hotline team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant/fast food management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met. This role is essential in maintaining a positive work environment while delivering high-quality meals to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Managing inventory levels to minimize waste.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role within the food industry.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Strong understanding of food handling procedures and health regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must have own vehicle and valid license to travel to and from work
