About the Role:

As a Heavy-Duty Technician, you'll provide top-notch service to our customers, working on heavy equipment, engines, and components. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment in the shop or on-site.
  • Reconditioning and remanufacturing components for optimal performance.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring clear communication.
  • Participating in safety training and maintaining a safe workplace.
  • Keeping accurate service records, work orders, and warranty documentation.

About You:

We're seeking individuals with the following qualifications:

  • Education: Journeyman Red Seal certification or enrollment in a related Provincial Apprenticeship program.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in heavy equipment repair. Experience with agriculture equipment is a bonus
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with manufacturer online support systems.
  • License/Certification: Trade Certificate (required), Red Seal (preferred).
