Concrete Hose Runner / Hose Manager (Lightweight Gyp Division) — Day Shift

$25–$32/hr | Full-time | Mon–Fri (7am–4pm-ish)

Our Lightweight Gyp Division is growing fast and we're hiring a reliable Hose Runner / Hose Manager who knows concrete work, keeps the pour organized, and brings a top attitude to the crew.

Schedule

• Day shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm-ish
• Pour days may run longer / vary depending on the pour and any troubleshooting
• Weekends & holidays generally off
• Job Sites: Lower Mainland & Fraser Valley (varied locations).

What you'll do

• Manage and run pour hoses: set-up, routing, control, and cleanup
• Work closely with the pump/operator to keep flow smooth and consistent
• Protect finished areas, keep lines organized, prevent kinks/clogs, and respond fast when things get tricky
• Assist with jobsite prep, spot-cleaning, and maintaining a safe, tidy work zone
• On non-pour days: work at our flooring warehouse prepping for the next pour and helping with warehouse tasks across divisions (loading, staging, organization, material handling) — including delivering materials to job sites when needed

Must-haves

• 5+ years concrete experience (pouring, placing, pump/hoses, finishing support, etc.)
• Comfortable with a physical, fast-paced job: lifting, dragging hose, lots of walking/standing, bending, and working on active job sites
• Sharp awareness and good communication — you keep the crew moving and the job clean
• Self-starter, team-first, and brings the best attitude every day
• Safety-first, reliable, and shows up ready to work

Pay

• $25–$32/hr depending on experience
