We're a proud, family-owned landscaping and snow removal company based right here in St. Albert — and we're looking for a skilled Skid Steer Operator to join our crew this upcoming season We have daytime position open, 8-12 hour shift and nighttime position, 8-12 hour shift

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Operating skid steers for snow removal. Commercial/condo parking lots
  • Helping out on job sites with materials, clean-up, and support work
  • Keeping equipment clean, road-ready, and in tip-top shape
  • Working with a close-knit crew that respects the value of hard work and good laughs
  • Reporting progress and equipment needs to the team lead or management

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience running a skid steer (1–2 years ideal, but we'll consider skill over time served)
  • A valid Class 5 driver's license (clean abstract preferred)
  • Reliable, hardworking, and ready to tackle the elements — snow or shine
  • A team-first attitude — pitching in where needed, not just where instructed
  • Bonus if you've worked snow removal before
