Common Good is a fast-growing, ethical marketing agency based in the heart of Downtown Calgary. Our mission is simple: to help charities achieve their fundraising goals through effective and sustainable strategies. We focus on building lasting relationships with donors and supporting the causes that make a difference in the community.

What You'll Do

As part of the Common Good team, you will:

Lead direct sales campaigns focused on creating positive change.Execute fundraising campaigns and exceed your targets.Build long-term relationships with donors and contribute to sustainable fundraising efforts.Develop creative sales strategies to drive results and impact.Achieve personal success while helping to support meaningful causes.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for individuals who:

Have strong communication skills and the ability to inspire others.Are hardworking, driven, and eager to achieve results.Are available full-time, Monday to Friday, 11:00 am – 8:00 pm.Have experience in sales or fundraising (preferred but not required).Have a clean criminal record check.
