Civil/Earthworks Senior Estimator/Project Manager

Duties

  • Estimate and manage projects
  • Lead in the planning and execution of construction projects
  • Collaborate with the owner and GC to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather project requirements
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports
  • Lead and attend in the coordination of project meetings and communication with team members and general contractors

Experience

- Proven experience in project management and estimating

- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation

  • Strong knowledge of deep service utilities and earthworks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiar with local developers and general contractors

As a Sr. Seasoned Estimator/Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful development and completion of construction projects. Your expertise in blueprint reading, Civil/Earthworks, Water and Sewer, hard surfaced removals and project management will contribute to the overall success of our team. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
