Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Technical Services Specialist based in Toronto, ON. The Technical Services Specialist will oversee the management of the external service providers and perform technical troubleshooting for major domestic appliances and small donestic appliances, analyze and resolve product-related issues, and deliver exceptional support to both customers and team members. This role involves providing technical services for Smeg appliances, handling inquiries, and delivering repair solutions efficiently. Tasks also include collaborating with other teams to ensure optimal technical assistance and documenting service solutions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Technical Services related to Appliances major and small donestuc, including product maintenance, repair, and customer support for technical appliances.
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills for diagnosing and solving technical issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in providing Technical Support and ensuring high-quality resolution for customer inquiries.
  • Excellent Communication skills to work with team members, customers, and technical professionals effectively.
  • Familiarity with home appliances or related industries is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and on-site team environment.
  • Post-secondary education in a technical discipline and relevant work experience in a technical services or support role.
