Job Overview

The Royal Oak at 6160 Hazeldean Rd. in Stittsville, is currently looking for experienced part-time and full-time Bartenders and servers to work days, nights and weekends. The ideal candidates will have 2-3 years experience, but we are willing to train individuals with a little less experience, if they have the right attitude and have a desire to become an important member of the Royal Oak team. They must be enthusiastic, outgoing, FRIENDLY, and a sales person who loves their customers and enjoys working in the hospitality Industry. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area

- Check customers' identification to confirm they meet the legal drinking age

- Handle cash transactions accurately

- Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed

Experience

-2-3 years previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred

- Smart Serve certified

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills for handling payments

- Excellent time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60 per hour
