About Us

Raptors Linehaul is a fast-growing, asset-based carrier based in Ontario, running high-quality cross-border freight across the U.S. and Canada. We operate new Volvo tractors, maintain a premium fleet, and treat our drivers like professionals — with respect, transparency, and consistent miles.

We are expanding our cross-border division and hiring experienced TEAM AZ drivers who want strong weekly miles, predictable routes, and reliable dispatch.

Pay Structure

Per Driver (Team Position):

  • $0.63 per mile – ALL paid dispatched miles (Canada + USA)
  • Quarterly Safety & Performance Bonus: +$0.02/mile
  • Paid Layover: $100–$150 per 24 hours (when not reloaded)
  • Paid Border / Dock Delay: After 2 hours, $25/hr
  • Weekly Direct Deposit

Average weekly miles per team: 5,000–6,500+ miles

Annual earning potential: $90,000 – $105,000+ per driver

Requirements

  • Valid AZ Licence
  • Minimum 2 years verifiable experience
  • MUST be willing to run as a team
  • Clean CVOR & driving abstract
  • Ability to run nights / continuous operation
  • Must be eligible to cross the U.S. border (FAST card an asset)
