Job Description
We are seeking a
Senior Marketing Manager
to lead commercialization and go-to-market (GTM) execution for the newly integrated
Fiserv partnership/acquisition
. This role is highly executional and revenue-oriented, responsible for translating product and platform capabilities into compelling
sales and marketing assets
that drive acquisition and growth across targeted customer segments.

This is a contract role designed to support a critical phase of platform commercialization, working closely with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Paid Media teams.

Key Responsibilities
Commercialization & GTM Strategy

  • Own commercialization efforts for the Clover platform as part of the Fiserv partnership/acquisition
  • Translate product features, platform capabilities, and partnership value into clear market-facing messaging
  • Define and execute GTM plans for prioritized customer segments, including SMB and vertical-specific audiences
  • Align positioning and messaging across channels to support acquisition and sales conversion

Sales Enablement & Asset Development

  • Develop and deliver high-impact sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, case studies, and product overviews
  • Partner closely with Sales to ensure assets are practical, relevant, and optimized for real-world selling scenarios
  • Support sales training and rollout of new messaging, offers, and platform updates
  • Act as the bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment throughout the funnel

Marketing Execution & Campaign Support

  • Support development and execution of paid media acquisition campaigns, in partnership with performance marketing teams
  • Contribute to campaign messaging, creative direction, and offer strategy to drive qualified leads
  • Ensure consistent messaging across paid, owned, and sales-led channels
  • Track performance and iterate on messaging and assets based on campaign and sales feedback

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Partnerships, Sales, and Analytics teams to support platform launches and enhancements
  • Manage stakeholders across Fiserv and internal teams as applicable
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and evolving market dynamics

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing, with a strong emphasis on commercialization, GTM, or sales enablement
  • Proven experience developing marketing and sales assets for complex products or platforms
  • Strong understanding of acquisition marketing, including paid media and funnel optimization
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Partnerships
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with Fiserv, or within the payments, fintech, or financial services ecosystem
  • Familiarity with or direct experience supporting the Clover platform
  • Experience commercializing partner-led or acquisition-driven products
  • Background in SMB-focused technology or merchant services

Role Logistics

  • Role can be remote within Canada; Toronto-based candidates may be expected onsite 2 days per week at the Downtown Toronto office
  • Contract duration of 9–12 months
  • Senior Manager–level scope and expectations, with hands-on execution responsibilities
